We're Hiring For TWO Seperate Positions:

You will be applying for ONE of the roles below.

Acquisitions:

TURN LEADS INTO CONTRACTS

The mission of the Acquisition Rep is to take the leads the company generates, properly qualify them, make offers, and get purchase agreements signed at a price that leaves enough room for the company to profit when selling the deal to our network of investors or qualified retail buyers.

What success looks like:

• 45 executed purchase agreements within the first 6 months

• Take 60 leads through the qualification process per month

• Maintain a MINIMUM 50% offer rate to all qualified leads

Dispositions:

TURN CONTRACTS INTO SOLD DEALS

This mission for the role of the dispositions rep is to sell wholesale deals to our ecosystem of investors and to continuously nurture those relationships while also sourcing new relationships through the companies systems and infrastructure.

What success looks like:

• Assign 48 contracts in your first 6 months

COMPENSATION:

COMMISSION & BONUSES

Key Points:

• No earning cap, you get compensated on every closed deal you bring in.

Compensation:

• Base salary of $3,000 monthly

• Commission % as high as 10% per deal

• MINIMUM Annual On-Track-Earnings of $108,000
